About the job
Cyber School Technology Solutions, a leading provider of digital learning solutions and infrastructure is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER based in Kampala, Uganda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing course design support in creating an effective and engaging learning content and environment informed by desired learning outcomes.

They will also be tasked with the integration of innovative online and technology-enhanced course components to enhance learning across different delivery modes and transforming the content development hub into a center of excellence for content digitization.

Required Attributes:
• Proficiency in instructional theory and learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience with design platforms and course management systems
• Excellent written and oral communications skills including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines

Qualifications:
• BSC or MA degree in instructional design, Educational Technology OR BA/BSC in Education with a postgraduate diploma in Instructional design OR BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology with a postgraduate diploma in E-learning/Educational Technology
• Should be conversant with atleast one programming language
• Excellent knowledge of web and database applications
• Working lesson and curriculum planning skills
• Basic HTML and CSS programing knowledge
• Visual design skills is mandatory
