Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Calibration of all company instruments i.e. Temperature controllers, pressure controllers, Flow meter, vacuum controllers, energy metering, productivity meters.
2. Responsible for installing, programming all company instruments.
3. Responsible for installing programming VLT drives.
4. Responsible for serving and maintaining eletropneumatic valves (Steam valves)
5. Responsible for serving and maintaining all sterilizers and CIP machines and pasteurizers.
6. Responsible for all machines communication signals between machine to machine.
7. Responsible for assembling, maintaining, servicing control panels.
8. Responsible for all machine automation.
9. Ensuring routine maintenance, repairs and servicing to production equipment and buildings is carried out in a timely manner.
10. Ensuring preventative maintenance records are maintained.
11. Providing on the job training to the staff within the Department
12. Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirement: Higher Diploma in electrical engineering/electronics/Power Option from a recognized Institution
