Internal Sales Representatives
The major purpose of this job is to re-establish, qualify and maintain contact with small to medium sized customers to increase sales of parts and service solutions as well as prime products. The method used is mainly through use of the telephone, direct mail and other promotional campaigns.

Tasks

• Will proactively manage an account base of up to 1000 accounts, using the telephone as the primary tool
  
• To maintain a call cycle for the accounts being managed depending on their size and need
  
• Maintain an accurate account database in sales force (sales management system)
  
• Promote dealership campaigns
  
• Will develop and qualify equipment and or parts and service leads
  
• To carry out a needs analysis for different accounts and be able to provide solutions, hence promoting sales and customer satisfaction
  
• To develop strong positive relationships with the customers and fellow employees
