INVITATION TO BID FOR ASSET DISPOSAL
The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) Uganda will be auctioning some of its assets. A sealed bid auction will be conducted in accordance with the sale of UN property guidelines; the assets will be auctioned on "as-is-where-is" basis, and OHCHR Uganda will have no further liability after sale.
The bid eligibility is subject to registration of participants and collection of Terms of Participation/Bid Offer Form at the OHCHR Uganda Office, Kampala between 21-28 July 2023. Interested participants can contact the Team Assistant, in person or by Telephone: +256 775072605, or E-mail: leon.senyondo@un.org:, for registration and receipt of relevant bid documents.
Inspections of items may be done at the UN Compound in Moroto and the OHCHR office at Plot 24 Prince Charles Drive, Kololo, Kampala, every working day from 21-28 July 2023 from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs.
The deadline for submitting offers is 4 August 2023 at 12:00 hrs. No bids shall be received after this time. Communication to best bidder will be on 8 August 2023 and Items shall be paid for and collected not more than 10 days afterwards.
