Invitation To Bid For Disposal Of A Used Motor Vehicle At Ace Global Uganda

ACE Global Uganda Limited intends to dispose of a Toyota Hilux Double Cabin - UAF 438 N and invites applications from interested bidders. The vehicle is sold on "as is" basis and ACE Global will have no further liability after the sale.

Sealed bids must be submitted to ACE Global Uganda Limited head Office on Plot 31, Clement Hill Road, Kampala opposite Jikoni Restaurant and bids to be clearly marked "APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF UAF 438 N".

Each bidder must pay a nonrefundable bidding fee of Ug. Shs. 150,000/= at our head office before submitting. The company reserve price is Ug. Shs.15,000,000/= (Fifteen Million Uganda Shillings). The successful bidder must pay the full bid price within 7 days upon being notified but will be allowed to take the vehicle after paying URA transfer fees which must be done within 48 hours from the time of payment of the bid price.

Only the successful bidder will be contacted. In case the successful bidder fails to pay in time, the second highest bidder shall be contacted and the same procedure shall be followed.

Viewing of the vehicle shall begin on Monday 17th October 2022 and end on 26th October 2022 between 2:00pm - 4:00pm from Monday - Friday. ACE Global Uganda Limited reserves the right of admission.

The deadline for bid submission is 28th October 2022.
