The office of the Central Buganda Pastorate (PAG), invites applications from suitable qualified mature born-again Christians aged (25 to 35 years) to serve in their Child Development Center/Project (Mityana Child Development Center), a Compassion assisted project.

 Project Director (1 Vacancy)
The Project Director (PD) is the team leader of the project staff. He/She is expected to offer knowledge, guidance, and technical skills to children, project committee, parents, fellow project workers, and church leadership in areas of spiritual development, project planning and budgeting, comprehensive health care, social, skills development, and academic advancement.

Child Development Officer in charge of Sponsor and Donor Relations (1 vacancy)
The child development officer will ensure the timeliness of quality child-to-sponsor correspondence, update information, and keep child development records and other duties assigned by the appointing authority.

Child Development Officer / Health (1 vacancy)
The child development officer/ health will plan, coordinate and execute health programs for children and caregivers, and carry out home visitations, and provide counseling for Children and their Caregivers. Discharge such other duties as assigned by the appointing authority.

Child Development Officers (CDO)- Home Based
The Child Development Officer Will Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ with a Christ-like attitude in dealing with families, an advocate for Children and caregivers, Prepare and implement partner plans and budgets, participates in the preparation of program act.
