Community Empowerment for Rural Development (CEFORD) is a Non-Governmental Organization (N60) operating in West Nile region (Uganda) since July 2000. CEFORD's focus areas are: a) Sustainable livelihoods; h) Primary & secondary Education; c) Good governance and accountability ;d) Community health.

Ayuda en Accion Foundation is an international organization working in 18 countries development and humanitarian work. Ayuda en Accion carries out integral development projects, side by side with organizations and local population.

Ayuda en Accion and CEFDRD are looking for an inspiring and charismatic Solidarity Link/sponsorship Manager, full lime, to be based in Adjumani, Uganda.

Specific Tasks and responsibilities:

• Organizing community volunteers, groups of children, nominating/selecting communities that apply to Solidarity Link requirements.
  
• Establishing partnership/relationship with development partners‘ networks with community leaders and government sectors at the development areas.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in sociology, social work, social anthropology, education‘ psychology‘ rural development studies — is an asset. 
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in child sponsorship, solidarity link, long term projects/ programs
