Position
The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing strategy, activities and campaigns. Ensure marketing operations are successful in meeting organizational goals. .

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing and route to market strategy
• Manage different marketing ventures, brand awareness and promotions.
• Create brand strategy
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Staff Management; Recruitment, performance management and training of marketing staff members

Management Skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Team player with a customer-oriented approach

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant position and responsibility
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Supply Chain (CIMS qualification would be preferable)
• Experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG Health Distribution is essential
• Proficient user of Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e. fluency in English is a pre-requisite).
