JOB DETAILS:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies
• Collaborate with managers in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand and company’s scope of supply awareness.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Manage our digital marketing campaigns and social media presence to promote our brand and increase engagement with our customers.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
• Create visually appealing videos and multimedia content to support marketing initiatives, including promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to maximize ROI and reach the target audience.
• Utilize web development skills to enhance and maintain our company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and mobile responsiveness.
• Liaise with stakeholders, Partners, Clients, Contractors, and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
• Develop a database of documentaries, pictures, and stories for use as and when an opportunity arises.
• Prepare weekly and monthly plans and reports.
• Any other marketing duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in video production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and similar tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
• Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
