JOB DETAILS: A consultancy company is seeking to hire an experienced driver with technical and safety skills.
Position: Driver
Duty station: Mid-Western Region
Duration: 2 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Comply with the safety & traffic conditions and road rules.
2. Drive the company vehicle to pick or drop company staff and items on time during work hours.
3. Keep a track of fuel, mileage, maintenance, and other expenditures.
4. Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle.
5. Manage daily inspections on the vehicle.
6. Ensure safety of all passengers.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum of seven (7) years of similar work experience
2. Valid driving license with classes B, C1 and C.
3. *Mandatory Valid Defensive Driving Certificate within two years from a recognized institution
4. Minimum formal education is senior 4 (O’ Level) or its equivalent.

JOB DETAILS: LOCATION Mid- Western Uganda
EXPERIENCE 5+ years
SUPERVISOR Project Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Ensure that the Program is implemented effectively, professionally, and in accordance with the culture and practices of the local population.
2. Update the stakeholder map within the project area and Implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
3. Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
4. Managing project management documents such as reports, workplan, budget as directed by the project manager.
5. Initiate and work with District Local Governments, district partners, and other stakeholders to technically implement the project work plan.
6. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project implementation.
7. Maintaining data and compiling daily activities for easy and timely reporting.
Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Works and Social Administration, Development studies or related field, and at least five years of proven experience.
Key Competences: 1. Respectful of HPI’s code of ethics and conduct.
2. Has experience in implementing social risk management/safeguards on projects, and WASH
3. Strong writing and communication skills
4. Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

7. Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Flexible, able to cope with stressful situations
9. Able to manage personal schedule to not interfere with professional work,
