Responsibilities. 1. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and issuing of materials.
2. Checking items received and inventory for accuracy
3. Performing daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
4. Ensuring Basic maintenance standards and compliance with the health and safety regulations.
5. Managing and reporting on the warehouse productivity.
6. Communicating and coordinating with other user departments.
7. Maintaining suitable inventory Level.
8. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
9. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
10. Reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documents.
11. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
12. Responsible for storage and operational stock.
13. Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
14. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
15. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
16. Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
17. Post all invoices in the System.
18. Conduct stock taking and inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
Education, Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelors’ degree in, procurement and logistics, warehouse management, business administration and any other relevant field.
2. A minimum of 2 years experiences in the same field.
3. Strong computer skills and knowledge (ware house software)
4. Good effective communication skills.

Responsibilities. 1. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
2. Serve as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations
3. Allocate fuel to the trucks.
4. Track fuel consumption, check vehicles and drivers when there are cases of fuel overuse and monitor driver behavior.
5. manage fuel fare more effectively by analyzing driver behavior and get insight into idle times which may be contributing to a large expense on fuel.
6. Ensure that the drivers follow the fleet health and safety procedures.
7. The fleet manager will also be in charge of Fleet tracking.
8. Maintenance tracking.
9. Ensure that all the trucks have the necessary requirements.
10. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
11. Ensure team follows standard operating procedures.
Education, Qualifications & Experience. 1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement and logistics, Business Administration and any other related field.
2. At least 3years experience in the same field working in a busy environment.
3. Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with a professional Approach.
4. The ability to overcome obstacles to solve problems to achieve results.
5. A personal commitment to continuous self-development.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and Skills 1. Must have a valid diving license and should be able to drive.
2. Willing to travel.
3. Knowledge of computer packages like Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and outlook.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Must be professional and responsible at all times.
