Responsibilities
Aim of the job
to provide quality health services to patients/clients, that is sustainable, reliable, desireable and fully accountable at all the time, as per the Uganda Ministry of Health guidelines.
Responsibilities
Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases and injuries
Monitoring/ analysing,steering and organising diagnosis and treatment process and well being of patients.
assessing situation through triage and referring the complicated cases to external hospitals above the clinic.
Community Relations
Identifying and documenting community health needs,lookout for possible solutions and interventions to address them with help of the village Health Teams (VHTS).#Number of outreaches done inline with annual plan.
Stock management and budget
Making monthly drug budgets and follow ups on purchases and maintaining available clinic assets and resources , planning annual leaves for the clinic team. #accurate inventory list
Management and systems
Making the scheduled reports to director/management and doctor available. Efficient and effective use of resources.
Make clinic work effectively and efficiently.
To ensure timely and correct communication. Making sure the objectives and performance indicators of the team are being met. #Accurate and timely reporting.
Finance
Monitoring and evaluating the allocated budgets. Signaling, Stimulating and releasing cost savings. Making budget proposal and purchases. #realization assigned budget.
Human Resource Management
Coaching, evaluating and developing clinic team. plan targets objectives and hold evaluation meeting with the respective people. #employee satisfaction

Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery
Masters in public Health is and added advantage
