JOB DETAILS:

Educational Qualifications:
1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management, agricultural finance, quantitative economics, statistics, development studies or a related field
2. Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Program Planning and Management, or other fields related to M&E

Job related experience and knowledge:
1. 5 years’ post-graduation M&E experience in designing and implementing grant projects in agribusiness in Uganda
2. Experience in monitoring and evaluation of grant projects in agricultural finance programs is an added advantage
3. 5 years’ experience in designing and conducting project baselines, evaluations and research studies
4. Demonstrable experience in using grant management information systems (MIS)
5. 5 years demonstrable experience in providing capacity building support to partners in delivery of M&E functions
6. Demonstrated experience in application of SPSS, STATA, or other statistical software
7. Demonstrated experience in report writing (supervised or authored at least 3 evaluation reports in the last 5 years)
