JOB DETAILS:

We are actively seeking a skilled and certified NDT/Lifting Inspector with a strong understanding of LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) and NSL (National Structural Integrity Research Centre) standards. As a crucial member of our inspection team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and integrity of lifting equipment and structures. Key

Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, and other lifting accessories, in accordance with LEEA standards. Utilize NDT methods such as visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing to assess the condition of lifting components. Conduct structural integrity assessments on lifting structures, ensuring compliance with NSL guidelines.
• Utilize advanced NDT techniques for structural evaluations and defect detection.
• Ensure strict adherence to LEEA standards during all lifting equipment inspections.
• Provide classification and certification of lifting equipment based on LEEA guidelines.
• Apply NSL standards for structural integrity assessments, addressing issues related to corrosion, fatigue, and other structural concerns.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.

Qualifications:
• Certification in LEEA (Lifting Equipment General) or equivalent. Certification in relevant NDT methods.
• Strong knowledge of NSL guidelines for structural integrity assessments. Proven experience in NDT and lifting equipment inspection Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
