JOB DETAILS:

As a key member of our inspection team, the selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and compliance of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of drill strings, casing, tubing, and associated BHA tools in accordance with DS-1 and API RP7G-2 standards.
• Utilize various NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods to assess the condition and integrity of components.
• Ensure strict adhere to DS-1 standards during inspection processes, including the io fica of critical defects and discontinuities. Implement DS-1 classification and categorization of inspected components. Apply API RETO guidelines for drill string design, inspection, and operational limits.
• Provide expertise in assessing the fitness-for-purpose of BHA tools based on API recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in OCTG/BHA tools inspection, including drill strings, casing, and tubing.
• In-depth knowledge of D5-1 and API RP7G-2 standards. Certification in relevant NDT methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
