JOB DETAILS:

Avanti Energy Services Limited is looking for an Oil and Gas Coach to support our client in the oil and gas sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with extensive drilling experience and a strong commitment to training and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train ZPEB drilling teams on stuck pipe management, loss control, and other critical drilling practices
- Evaluate and improve ZPEB drilling operations
- Develop assessments and review major technical incidents on Tilenga
- Conduct technical drills, paper-based assessments, and rig-floor training
- Reinforce fundamental drilling best practices

Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
- 15+ years of experience as a Company Man, Rig Manager, or Senior Tool Pusher
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- IWCF Well Control Certificate (supervisory level), HSE, H2S, First Aid, and Firefighting certification
- Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills

Experience in Months: 180

Level of Education: bachelor degree
