The company is engaged primarily in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of electric products and services. The Company focuses on developing superior quality Energy Storage Systems (EV Batteries), Electric Mobility (EV Motorcycles) and Services (Battery Swapping i.e., Battery-as-a-Service).
Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to help to reshape critical business processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis:
• Conduct analysis of existing business processes & systems through observation, interviews, data analysis, etc.
• Summarise and succinctly present findings to Management
• Integrate the role of the Business Information management into all elements of business systems management and continuous improvement.
• The business must aim to reduce data duplication, efficiently design systems and processes in relation to the use of data and then ensure this data is freely available and usable across all functions to aid in the continuous improvement discipline.
2. Process design, redesign and vetting:
• Work with Executive Management to design critical business processes that deliver increased revenue, reduce cost, or qualitative improvements like customer satisfaction.
• Design processes with strong controls and KPI measurement.
• Ensure suitable processes are in place to manage the Business systems. This will include the development of a process to identify system requirements (updates etc), allow these to be prioritised across all systems and tracked through to completion.
3. Pilot and/or lead scale implementation of new processes & systems.
• Work with management to prototype new processes or business improvements; project management for successful implementation; collect data & feedback on performance; roll-out changes across the entire organisation.
• Participate in training of the staff responsible for process management; collaborate with management to ensure the proper monitoring and evaluation systems are set up for process management
• Contribute to building a culture that positively values and recognises the importance of a disciplined approach to project management, and in particular starting and closing projects.
4. Prepare & Present ready documentation.
• Prepare high-quality process documentation in line with the best practices.
• Prepare crisp and polished documentation of new systems including process documents, reporting dashboards, [excel, Zoho, Odoo, HiBob, Smartsheet etc.] training materials, presentations etc.
• Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.
5. Training.
• Work with departmental heads to develop suitable training programmes where required to increase this discipline across all areas.
• Ensure suitable resources and skills are in place to deliver the required continuous improvement culture throughout the BODAWERK’s business.
6. Change management and continuous improvement culture.
• Implement and monitor proper change management practices across the organisation.
• Train employees in identifying improvement opportunities; promote continuous improvement culture across the organisation.
Requirements:
Technical.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration fields.
• Desirable: Experience in process analytics or reengineering.
• Desirable: 3+ years (Senior Analyst) / 3+ years (Associate Manager) experience in a strategy or operational consulting role from a top regional or global consulting firm or business.
• Highly analytical with high degree of competency in Excel/Google Sheets, Smartsheet software and other analytical tools [this will be tested, do not apply if you do not have these skills].
