JOB DETAILS:

Direct supervision over functional sections that lead or support the development of new businesses and the transformation of products and processes. The incumbent will be responsible for Business Development and Management; Compliance and Control (Operational Excellence); Customer Service; People Management and Leadership; and Supporting the Society to transform into a supervised institution.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other related field from a reputable University
• At least five (5) years of working experience with a supervised financial institution, three (3) of which MUST be at supervisory level
• Experience in credit and microfinance operations is a MUST
• Post graduate qualification in Micro finance or Agriculture lending is an added advantage
• Should have less than 45 years.

Experience in Months: 60
