Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our educational team. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Your passion for education and your ability to inspire and engage students will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and other assessment methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns.
• Foster a love for learning by using innovative teaching methods, educational technology, and interactive materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends.
• Ensure a well-organized and visually stimulating classroom that promotes independent learning.
• Supervise and maintain discipline in the classroom and during school activities. - Encourage the development of social and emotional skills, values, and a strong sense of community among students.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required.

Requirements:
• Teaching certification or license (where applicable is a big advantage).
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of primary education principles, curriculum, and teaching methods of Uganda.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and working with children.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and classroom materials.
• Enthusiasm for continued professional development.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
