Job Title: Principal Tutor-Kiwoko Nursing and Midwifery Training School
Reporting to: Medical Director

Main job description
The job holder will be the academic and administrative head of the Kiwoko Hospital Nursing and Midwifery School and will manage it in a manner that ensures academic excellence, efficient use of resources and the welfare of students/staff, in-line with Kiwoko Hospital policies, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and S orts and relevant national international policies and guidelines.

Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing, plus a degree or postgraduate diploma in Medical Education, or diploma in Education.
OR
Double registration in Nursing and Midwifery with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Education or its equivalent
- At least three years’ experience in similar position.
- Training in Health Services Administration is an added advantage
- An active mature Christian with good character and professional standing
- ln good physical health ably fit to work.
- Active registration with the relevant professional council with a valid registration/license.
- Good leadership skills including communication, interpersonal skills, able to direct, discipline, coach, and mentor staff.
- Computer literate
