The School will start operation from the next academic year - 2025.

Job Description
As the Principal of AMS Schools, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of AMS Secondary School, AMS Primary School, and AMS Pre-Primary School. Your role includes:
• Overseeing academic programs and ensuring they meet high standards of excellence. Managing school budgets and financial planning.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
• Implementing policies and procedures to enhance school operations.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Engaging with parents, the community, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
• A master's degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in
• educational administration, including experience as a school headmaster or principal.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple schools or educational programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. A valid teaching license or certification.

• Ability to create and implement effective educational policies.
