Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala is a luxury boutique hotel located in an upscale area of Kololo along Kira Road near the Uganda Museum and British High Commission. Our hotel offers uniquely designed fully furnished suites with spacious living rooms, equipped Kitchenettes, and comfortable bedrooms with king-sized beds. We are conveniently situated near Acacia Mall, a popular tourist hub, and Mulago main referral Hospital. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Procurement Manager at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day procurement tasks, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management. The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in procurement processes.

Qualifications
• Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation skills
• Analytical Skills and Procurement expertise
• Contract Management knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the hotel industry or hospitality procurement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Recent experience in store keeping and managemen
