JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE: Serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any related field. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

6. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
