JOB DETAILS:

Research and Development Officer at Donswift

Job duties

• Supporting the research and development Head plus the team by;
• Conducting laboratory experiments,
• Collecting and analyzing data,
• Maintaining accurate records,
• Assisting with the development of new products, enhancement of existing company products and manufacturing processes,
• Adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical industry; 
• The primary focus is to contribute to the advancement of new product formulations and manufacturing techniques under the supervision of R&D Head. 

• Accurately recording experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic databases and analyzing data using statistical methods and preparing reports, summarizing findings. 
• Identifying trends and potential issues within experimental data, communicating observations to senior scientists. 
• Preparing technical documentation including protocols, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Maintaining accurate and organized laboratory records in compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Requirements  

• Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry or any other related field.
• Experience in a related field.
