SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has boarded off the below listed items for disposal by Public Auction
ITEMS
• Motor vehicles
• Submersible Pump
• Generator-Perkins 30Kva
• 3 in 1 Photocopier (2020)
• APC Smart UPS (10 KVa)
• Smart Board with Software
• Baggage Scanner
• Video Conferencing System HDX
• Assorted Fridges
• Office Furniture
• Assorted Microwaves
• Blinds
This is therefore to notify the General Public that we shall carry out the public auction of the same on "as is where is" basis. Neither the Auctioneers nor UNDP shall have further liability after the sale thereof.
Terms of sale;
1. Interested bidders may inspect the items on Plot 3-5 Nakasero Road opposite Rwenzori Tower from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024 from 12 noon to 2:00pm. Excluding weekends and Public Holidays
2. The successful bidder shall immediately upon the declaration by Auctioneer pay 50% of the bid amount and balance shall be paid within 5 (five) office working days. Failure of which the deposit shall be forfeited.
3. Auction Venue: Plot 3 -5 Nakasero Road, opposite Rwenzori Tower.
4. Date of Sale: 10:00am, 10th August 2024.
5. All items to be sold on "as is, where is" basis.
6. Further details can be obtained from our offices on the address above.
7. The exercise shall be conducted by Ritchiebros Auctioneers and we have a right to change the terms of the auction.
