JOB DETAILS:
Job Location:
Sales Managers are required for the following branches:
• Moroto
• Mbale
• Jinja
• Bwaise
• Luweero
• Fort Portal
• Hoima
• Mbarara
• Paidha

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary duties will include:
1. Managing the sales operations within your assigned branch and ensuring revenue targets are met.
2. Building strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service and enhance customer retention.
3. Leading and motivating the branch sales team to achieve performance objectives.
4. Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to grow sales and expand the company’s market share.
5. Ensuring all sales processes are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations.
6. Preparing and submitting detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
7. Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitors' activities.
8. Collaborating with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Education:
o A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in one of the following disciplines:
Business Administration
Economics
Procurement/Supply Chain Management
Accounting and Finance
Microfinance
Any other related business course.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in a sales or customer service-related role, preferably in the beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
o Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
o Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
