JOB DETAILS:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Supervisor to join our Advertising Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our advertising revenue targets are met for our local channels, Makula TV, Makula Kika, and Sanyuka Prime TV as well as managing sponsorship for special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

SKILLS
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting using tools like Excel. Creativity in developing innovative advertising solutions for clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative and persuasive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Supervising the Sales Team: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the sales team to drive performance and achieve set targets.
• Proposal Writing: Crafting compelling proposals for potential clients, highlight- ing the unique value proposition of our channels and sponsorship opportunities.
• Field Visits: Accompanying sales personnel on field visits to provide support, guidance, and hands-on training to enhance their effectiveness.
• Client Pitches: Conducting high-level pitches to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising on our channels and sponsoring projects.
• Commissions Management: Overseeing the accurate tracking and processing of commission payments for the sales team.
• Weekly Reporting: Compiling and presenting weekly reports on advertising rev- enue, sales performance, and upcoming opportunities.
• Sales Projection: Developing accurate sales projections and forecasts to guide the department's strategic planning
