Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing effective advertising solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with a small team while reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and possesses a growth mindset that aligns with our company's values.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell advertising programs.
• Maintain and develop assigned account bases while exploring new business opportunities.
• Identify and contact potential clients to offer tailored advertising services.
• Explain the benefits of specific advertising types to promote clients' products effectively.
• Gather and analyze information about clients' products and needs to provide effective sales presentations.
• Deliver advertising proofs to clients for approval.

Essential Qualifications
• Education: Post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Sales, or other related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and marketing.
• Skills: Strong speaking, persuasion, active listening, negotiation, and time management abilities.
• Knowledge Areas: Proficient in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, and Administrative practices.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Calendly, MS Excel, Microsoft Office suite, Canva, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to provide clients with cost estimates for advertising products. - Experience in processing correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
• Keen understanding of contract drafting and payment collection.
• Knowledge of recommending advertising sizes and formats.
• Skills: Critical thinking, writing, and coordination.
• Additional Knowledge Areas: Familiarity with administrative tasks and technology.
