Job Summary:
As a Senior Credit Officer, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that all credit transactions align with company policies. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing credit applications, approving or declining them as per established guidelines. This role involves developing strategies to drive business growth, achieving disbursement and collection targets, and overseeing payment trends to prevent debt accumulation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all credit transactions comply with company policies.
• Review, manage, approve, or decline credit applications.
• Work with the CEO on declined applications and create strategies to enhance business performance.
• Lead the credit team, ensuring disbursement and collection targets are met.
• Monitor credit performance and implement plans to improve payment patterns.
