We looking for a Service Coordinator - Equipment M/F based: Uganda

Job Description:
Job purpose
Responsible for coordinating the activities of the service department to ensure efficient operations, customer satisfaction and profitability of the assigned service department.

Profile Request:

Key responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the Service Reception to maintain set performance levels ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
• Provide all customers with clarity on technical & product specific information as well as detailed explanations on all works completed by the Service Department
• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through supporting the Service reception team with difficult customer interactions and effective complaint handling
• Maintain a safe & healthy working environment in the Service Department through promotion & strict adherence to housekeeping principles, PPE use and scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Develop and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all applicable Service processes.
• Coordinate & control consumables ordering, issuance, and stock holding.
• Monitor the department's Customer Satisfaction Index score and implement corrective action to ensure Customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure that high quality service standards are met through periodic monitoring and analysis of; Quality Control findings, repeat repairs, complaints recorded and taking corrective action.
• Motivate, monitor, and supervise technician performance and utilization to maximize service profitability!
• Monitor and trade debtor overdue or cash out standing for service department.
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and develop service offers by targeting new customers and fleet companies and submit reports to the Management.
• Conduct and analyze weekly/fortnightly Key Performance Indicators and provide reports to the Service Manager
• In charge of speedy response to customer needs, organizes technicians’ schedules accordingly.
• Implements and monitors internal control procedures (PACI)

Qualification
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Five years’ experience in service operations with two years at supervisory level
• Experience of trucks service operation is required.
• Product and general automotive business knowledge with previous automotive trade experience
