JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production team activities to align with company protocols and efficiency goals.
• Support process design, machinery redesign, and deployment to optimize operations.
• Oversee preventive/general maintenance, CAFEX deployment, quality standards, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance.
• Assist in projects and maintenance across other plants in Uganda as required.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sciences, or Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in Project Management, Logistics, and Civil Engineering (Oil & Gas sector preferred).
• Knowledge: Operational constraints in offshore supply/support, logistics (bases, lifting equipment, drilling), water/environmental management, and waste management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
