We are seeking a highly motivated Site Project Manager to join the team at Mercury Free Gold Recovery Limited and Start Your Own Gold Mine in the picturesque village of Kamusenene, located in the district of Kassanda, Uganda. As the Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all mining operations, ensuring adherence to mercury-free gold recovery methods, and maintaining efficient and safe production processes.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day mining operations, including gold panning and mercury-free gold recovery methods, to ensure optimal productivity.
• Coordinate and accept the arrival of ore-laden trucks, efficiently managing their offloading and storage.
• Work closely with security guards and local villagers engaged in mining activities to maintain a safe and harmonious work environment.
• Generate regular reports on production activities, providing accurate data, and contributing high-quality images to document progress.
• Act as the Communications and Reporting Officer, effectively conveying information between the management team, field staff, and external stakeholders.
• Reside in the village to foster strong relationships with the local community, promoting positive engagement, and facilitating communication.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong willingness to learn gold panning and mercury-free gold recovery methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, local villagers, and external parties.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in generating reports and presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
• Willingness to reside in Kamusenene village as a key member of the local community.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a share of the production as part of the basic salary.
