VNG lntnernational is currently participating in a bid to provide technical assistance on reducing the unsanitary dumping of solid waste and increase recycling rates. As part of the requirements no participate in this bid, VNG International is looking for candidates who lit the profiles of the following position:
Position: Social Worker.

Education:
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Social work and Social Administration, Social Science Development Studies. Community Development or a related discipline. A post graduate training related discipline is be a plus.

Job Qualifications: Not Specified

General experience
• At least 8 years‘ experience in development. work in Uganda. specifically on social and gender components. including the design and/ or management of project conducting social impact assessments and rnitigptiorl measures of infrastructure programme and project preferaby in Uganda;
• At least 3 years‘ working experience in internal anal donor-funded project
Specific experience
• At least 5 working experience in Uganda
• Working experience with Local Government is an asset
