Job Description:

Backbone Feeds Company Limited is seeking skilled and experienced subcontractors (manual/labour) to join our team on a project-by-project basis. The successful candidates will support a range of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. We welcome both individuals and registered construction companies with proven experience.

Available Subcontracting Opportunities:

1. Slope Protection Subcontracting (Labour)
2. Wall Building Subcontracting (Labour)
3. Housing Construction Subcontracting (Labour)
4. Office Building Subcontracting (Labour)

Key Responsibilities:

• Labour Services: Provide skilled labour in areas including:
  • Masonry
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical Work
  • Painting
• Project Execution: Execute assigned tasks efficiently, meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with project managers, supervisors, and fellow contractors.
• Quality Control: Deliver work that meets the company’s quality standards with attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience in construction or engineering subcontracting roles.
2. Specialized Skills:
   • Proficiency in specific trades as listed above (e.g. wall building, slope protection, house/office construction).
3. Physical Fitness:
   • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Work Ethic:
   • Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong commitment to quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• For companies: Valid registration and certified documentation.
• For individuals: A CV or resume outlining past subcontracting experience.
• Detailed price quotation per square meter or per unit depending on the nature of services offered.
