SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CONTAINER OFFICES
Tender Period/Bidding Period 22nd August 2024 - 11 September 2024 by 3:00pm
The Uganda Red Cross society (URCS) is the Country's leading National Humanitarian Organization and member of the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. Uganda Red Cross society through the German Red Cross received funding to support the West Nile Refugee Response Operation to implement a Food security and Livelihoods/House hold energy Project.
As part of this initiative. URCS plans to establish office facilities in Bidibidi and Palorinya Refugee Settlements. These offices will serve as coordination centres and storage units for farmer production networks. URCS now invites Sealed Bids from potential bidders for the construction of these units as per the below details
Invitation to bid document can be picked from URCS Supply Chain Office in Kampala located on Plot 551/555 Rubaga Road from Monday, August 26th 2024 to Tuesday. 10. September 2024 between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
Interested Bidders shall pick the Invitation to Bid document from Supply Chain Department after payment of a Non-refundable fee of UGX: 150,000- The payment mode shall be cash, payable at the Uganda Red Cross Society Cash Office from Monday. August 26 2024
Eligible Bidders must have:
• Registration/Certificate of Incorporation, income Tax Clearance, VAT registration Certificate, 2024 Trading License
• Company Profile with clear memorandum and articles of association and clear company management set up
• Evidence of relevant Experience in similar works Financial/ audited books of accounts for 2023, 2022, 2021.
Qualified and interested bidders should submit sealed envelopes to URCS Offices on plot 551/555 Rubaga Road Supply Chain Management Office within the period indicated above.

The Uganda Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder or any other bidder
