JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our organization. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Assess Training Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
2. Design Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that align with organizational goals and address identified needs. This includes creating training materials, resources, and instructional guides.
3. Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars using various instructional techniques and technologies.
4. Coordinate Training Activities: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics, participant enrolment, and venue arrangements.
5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback analysis. Make recommendations for improvement and adjust training content as needed.
6. Develop E-Learning Solutions: Utilize e-learning platforms and tools to create online courses, modules, and interactive multimedia content.
7. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in training and development. Integrate innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
9. Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of training activities, participant attendance, and training evaluation results.
10. Provide Coaching and Support: Offer ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and skills application in the workplace.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training and Development,
Organizational Psychology, Business Administration a related field. A Masters Degree or additional training in adult education or instructional design might be preferred.
• Proven experience in Training and Development, ideally within a technical or transportation related environment. Experience specifically with Intelligent Transport Monitoring Systems or similar systems can be beneficial.
• Solid knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
• Experience with developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Certifications related to training and development, such as the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)\, can be beneficial.
• Proficiency in the Russian language is a much needed bonus.
