Job details:
Job Title: Treasury Manager.
Report: to: CFO. BRAC Uganda Microfinance Ltd.

Purpose:
Treasury will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of BRAC.

CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take overall leadership and oversight of the treasury operations department.
  
• Direct control and monitor cash flows and! daily liquidity management.
  
• Management of BRAC‘s funds, capital planning and allocation.
  
• Evaluate investment proposals and advise management on the most viable alternatives to ensure the best returns for institutional sustainability.
  
• Professionally advise management on treasury matters.
  
• Performs any other or related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in accounts, business, finance
  
• Over 05 years’ experience in banking or microfinance with hands or treasury.
