Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a UI/UX Designer (Part-time), you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive experiences of our digital products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centric design, possess a keen eye for aesthetics, and have a solid understanding of user experience principles. The UI/UX Designer (Part-time) will work closely with our cross-functional teams and perform the following tasks:
• Conduct research to gain deep knowledge and understanding of our users needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to global
• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of design guidelines and standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement.

Required capabilities:
• 4+ Years of Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects with a focus on both UI and UX
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of Human-centered design principles and usability
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design rationale and ideas to a diverse audience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred capabilities
• You bring an established network with potential balancers and/or have industry expertise
• You have experience working in an international & dynamic environment, with cross-functional teams around the world
• You have a good understanding of the international carbon market (history, challenges, potential)
