POSITION: VIDEOGRAPHER

Position Overview:
Webale is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to create compelling video content. As a Videographer at Webale, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from marketing campaigns to instructional videos, helping to communicate our vision and values to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content that aligns with our brand’s messaging and goals.
• Handle all aspects of video production, from conceptualization and filming to editing and post production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and techniques to enhance our content’s creativity and impact.
• Provide input on creative meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound recording, and cinematography.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field is preferred but not required.
