Join our team as a Wellness Manager at the Fab Wellness Centre based in Kampala

What You'll Do:
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of wellness professionals.
• Oversee the delivery of top-notch wellness services and programs.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for continuous staff development.
• Monitor performance, improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Wellness, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within wellness or health settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver outstanding client service.
