Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to farmers on modern agricultural practices.
2. Coordinate the implementation of government agricultural programs within the district.
3. Monitor and evaluate agricultural projects and prepare progress reports.
4. Conduct training sessions for farmers on sustainable agriculture techniques.
5. Facilitate linkages between farmers and agricultural markets.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized institution.
2. At least 2 years of experience in agricultural extension services.
3. Knowledge of government agricultural policies and programs.
4. Good communication and training skills.
