JOB DETAILS:
Are you looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and rewarding environment? DKT International is seeking passionate and results-driven professionals to join us as Medical Sales Representatives in Kampala, Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will:
• Promote and sell DKT's portfolio of healthcare products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant clients.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to enhance strategy and market positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in line with company policies.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team events.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Business preferred).
• Proven experience in medical sales or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape in Uganda is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
