Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kampala for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, conducting training sessions, analyzing sales data, and maintaining strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Team Management and Training
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
