JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
• Build and lead a sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Generate and manage sales leads.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Organize and conduct client meetings to present insurance products.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution (a business-related course is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive ability.
• Highly self-driven and motivated
