We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our diverse range of medical products.
Position Overview:
The Technical Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and providing technical support to clients. The role requires a strategic, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell medical and laboratory products to various healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential clients, establish contact, and build strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company’s products, providing technical support and product information as needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on new product releases.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking sales activities and progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and supplies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
