JOB DETAILS:
Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Organizing and preparing finance documents for payments.
• Supporting the recruitment process, preparation of payroll, and updating staff files.
• Assisting in supporting the onboarding process for new staff.
• Participating in the creation and updating of employee files, reports, and ensuring they are always available.
Education:
Final year in Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR-related fields.
Language:
• English and Local language (Luganda, etc.).
Competencies:
• Good teamwork ability.
• Proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Job Experience: No Requirements
