Lumen Trading company was founded in 2019 with focused area of operation in East Africa. We founded the company with the ambition of meeting all the food and construction needs of our clients across the globe.
In addition to serving the consumer needs, we are aiming at improving the livelihood of small hold farmers in East Africa. We have setup strong presence at the farm gate for educating the farmers about good agricultural practices and procure their produce without wastage or value loss.

We are working towards creating a hunger free world. We strongly believe that controlling the food wastage will help in feeding many empty stomachs, So we decide to act as the intermediary between producer and consumer and thus bridging the gaps created by geography.

We are not only finding market for their produce but also sharing the technology and training on good farm practices.

The considerable amount of training we are sharing with farmers are allowing them to limit the use of pesticides and follow good post harvest practices.
