Society desires Managers or Leaders that are “people-centred” to maximally gain from the other assets of production, yet they are in short supply. Many people desire to be good Managers or Leaders though there seem to be very few good Managers or Leaders to turn to. This leaves the majority of people without good models in their midst to build, coach and mentor them into good management and leadership.

The Manager Resource Centre Ltd.’s mission is to provide simple, real-life and timely management solutions through using consultancy and publication mechanisms in inculcating distinctive management in everyone.

Simplicity; the best solutions are those that are understood by everyone. Thus, everything is done as much as possible with utmost simplicity. Every problem or challenge, whether complex or not, has a simple solution to it.
People first; everyone desires to be treated with dignity, at all time. Also, people are the most important asset, who organise the other assets of production to achieve the desired outcome. Therefore, people come first, in whatever we do.
It is possible; innovativeness and creativity, which are geared towards your goal, is achievable. Thus, we know that everyone has potential and as a result, we provide that environment and belief of the possibility of what has been perceived.
Christian based; in all that we do, we take people in the way that Christ took us all. We see the good in people based on the Christian principles of faith.
