Grassroots Transformation Initiative Uganda is a legal entity in Uganda which has been in operation since 2018 with its Head Office in Ssebowa Zone, Kiwatule, Ntinda-Kampala. Apparently, the Organization directly delivers programmes in the districts of Kampala, Nakasongola, Wakiso and Gulu in Northern Uganda. The organization operates in four thematic areas of Education, Health, WASH and Livelihood in order to attain a Literate, Healthy and Empowered communities which thrive above poverty level.

GTI Uganda is a community focused child-youth led organization with a focus on community empowerment to solve their community challenges and needs to create a sustainable solution. Each year;-

• 20-30 vulnerable children of 5-7 years are recruited in to the program for education sponsorships and attached to their sponsors who support their education.
• 10-15 youths graduate from vocation training institutions and Universities as mature professionals who in turn support and mentor other children in the program to complete the education cycle.
• 8-10 communities are empowered and engaged in better WASH management and practices, Livelihood activities to positively influence their community.
• 3 rural health facilities are supported with equipments, drugs and consumable supplies, and infrastructural development to improve the quality of service delivery.
