We are currently seeking 10 motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Matugga, Kampala. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales and knowledgeable in the agriculture and animal feed industry.

Job Description

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of animal feeds to farmers, agro-dealers, and other end clients. They will also provide product education and excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable animal feed products
• Clearly explain the product mixtures, ingredients, and benefits to ensure customer understanding of the product value
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, new products, and customer demands
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner
• Accurately process sales transactions, including order entry, payment collection, and invoicing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in animal feeds or agricultural products
• Minimum of a certificate in a business-related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• A strong understanding of customer needs in the animal feed market is an added advantage
